Lilly’s Friends is dedicated to those who do Pit Bull or Bully breed rescue. Our contribution is to provide low cost and/or no cost technical solutions to rescue groups, rescue parents, and animal adoption groups. Especially to those who have community education and out reach in their missions statements; improving the understanding and relationship between humans and their best friend.
Services provided by Lilly’s Friends include but are not limited to:

- Free Classified section for rescuers and advocates
Our Hope for the future
Raising public awareness of the many benefits of the bully breed is imperative if these wonderful animals are going to find a full rich life in today’s society. 60,000 animals a year are put down in Southern Nevada, over eight million nation wide. Forty to Sixty percent of the dogs that are euthanized are pit bulls, bully breeds, or pit bull mixes. Pit Bulls are a high energy, smart, agile dogs, making them perfect for extensive training and service. They get into trouble when they are not given jobs and responsibilities. Lilly’s Friends is also dedicated to finding a service for every dog. Whether it’s the Good Canine Citizenship certificate making them a valuable well manored member of the family or a service dog that performs a public service. These dogs seem to have an unlimited potential in making the world just that much better, and yet we are tossing them out and killing them at an alarming rate.
You can help simply by spay and neutering your pet as well as training them with basic obedient commands. Well behaved dogs get walked and are allowed access to all sorts of activities. Keeping a bully breed dog occupied and stimulated is key in having a well balanced, stable dog.
